Game froze on loading screen and lost conquest energy because of it

The game stalled on the loading screen going into battle in conquest. 

my connection to the internet was fine. 

lost 20 energy because of it. 

please reimburse me my energy and make your game run smoother. It still lags all the time on the stores too. 

Update: doing it again so that’s 40 energy now. And now I see I’m not alone. this is garbage.
