I initially contacted support in game and was referred here.
I have 10gb of storage free on my phone, and there is a similar issue on another device

What we can do on Answers HQ is offer troubleshooting advice, and thank you for checking the storage and trying this off of another device. At this stage, there isn't anything more we can recommend you try as you've run through the web app guide and exhausted the troubleshooting steps.
Often support will direct people to Answers HQ for two reasons:
- as a space where you can share your feedback on the boards but also
- as we have a dedicated Bug Report section here so the community can flag potential bugs.
