Re: Never got the blueprints for the executrix after completing tier 1

The missing 15 shards should be in your inbox in-game now and allow you to upgrade your Executrix to 2 stars and then enter Tier 2 of the event.

If you run into any issue with missing rewards, items, etc., in the future, please get in touch with our Customer Support; they should be able to assist.

I have exactly the same problem and have spent 3 weeks using the in-game support trying to get them to either give me the 15 blueprints or untick tier 1 so I can re-do it. Where else can I go to resolve this?
