My guild leader has the same problem. Exactly same.
The leader cannot speak English and I am assisting him.
Understand that this is so stressful by being left behind for half year. Incredible.
EA answers that to login with proper Google account... Google advised to contact EA as the game data belongs to EA not google.
This goes back and forth just wasting time.
Will post you here when we got any solution from EA.
Feels like the button problem happens here and there.
