I can't answer your question, but posting what device you are using exactly, and what version of the OS, would be helpful. Also, I would put file this as a bug report - you'll be more likely to get an answer, faster, I think.
funnily enough, i haven't gotten it since the big update last week. whatever was broken does seem to be fixed now. lol i put off posting about it for a couple of months, hoping it would go away on its own, and of course as soon as i give in and post here it goes away.
i'll probably just delete this topic now and re-post it in bug reports if it crops back up.

Definitely do post if it happens again though; I'd suggest that, if there is a next time, you post it in bug reports instead of technical issues, just because it asks for a lot of information that is usually relevant (if not downright necessary) for solving your issue.
