There are troubleshooting steps you could try from your side to see if it helps you with your connectivity issues. As you play on an iOS device, the steps outlined in this article will help with troubleshooting: "EA mobile game troubleshooting on Ipad and Iphone".

  • Hi. 3 weeks on since my last reply and still having issues. I have narrowed it down to when my phone is connected to wifi it won’t load the game properly. No matter which wifi it’s connect too, mine, my workplace or someone else’s, it won’t load. 

    no issue with cellular connection

    Sorry for the delay, the thread updates got lost among the many others across the entire board. If you're ever in need of immediate support, please go directly to the support team. They are better set up to provide one-on-one support and they can look into and discuss personal account issues and specifics where we can't on Answers HQ. Here's how you can reach them: 

    Hmmmm there shouldn't be this issue connecting after fully running through the troubleshooting steps I shared. What that leaves us with is a potential storage issue. Try to clear up some storage space on the device, ensure background apps are closed and try again.

    If that doesn't work, test it from another device.

  • I initially contacted support in game and was referred here. 

    I have 10gb of storage free on my phone, and there is a similar issue on another device

    I'm sorry you were asked to post here for help with this. What we can do on Answers HQ is offer troubleshooting advice, and thank you for checking the storage and trying this off of another device. At this stage, there isn't anything more we can recommend you try as you've run through the web app guide and exhausted the troubleshooting steps.

    Often support will direct people to Answers HQ for two reasons:

    • as a space where you can share your feedback on the boards but also
    • as we have a dedicated Bug Report section here so the community can flag potential bugs.
