You should all be able to progress normally through a couple of tutorials now and once those are completed, start your selected Journey Guide event. Please let us know if that isn't the case.

I’m still having trouble moving past it even as of September 2024. I have redownloaded the game multiple times but it gets stuck at the same spot every time
I am having the same issue about 2 years later it seems like. I had a different account and lost it and restarted last night. I am now stuck on the ships tutorial page and need help ASAP

Don’t know if any one is still struggling with this just fixed mine by kinda button mashing and clicked on The endurance directly button left.
Star wars: Galaxy of Heros starts the ship tutorial but as soon as it says Tap on this ship to see ship info, it won't let me tap it. I can't do anything at all except close the game. I've closed and reopened, uninstalled and re-installed and nothing works.
