Re: SLKR event bug

Hit the exact same issue, once, on iOS today on tier 3 SLKR. 

@EA_UltraSlide the post you linked mentioned that player who hit the issue will be addressed. Can you clarify the proper way to make sure we are accounted for that addressing, should we open a ticket in game, here or anywhere else, or wait for further instructions ?

    @EA_UltraSlide Like many others here, I have been tracking this bug after being affected by it.  According to CG’s Trello site, which was referenced by moderator CG_SBCrumb_MINI, the patch for the issue was included in the HotFIx which went live about five hours ago.  Upon testing the battle, it did not soft lock, and the issue does indeed seem resolved.

    Can we have an announcement confirming that the issue is resolved through the hotfix (and that I did not just have a happy accident)?  And, in that announcement, can we also have an indication of whether any compensation will be offered to those who experienced the issue?  Transparency on this matter is important to a great number of players.

    The issue isn't completely solved while affected people hasn't been compensated. 

    CG, EA, you should, at least, apologize to players affected if you are not going to return the shards. 

    It's a blame that we are 3 days waiting without news about this matter. 

  • How about some idea of a timeline to fix the problem? It has been 5 days and I seis “we acknowledge the problem” very frustrating
