Thanks, I’ve gone through that a few times with the in game help, unfortunately doesn’t resolve the issue, I think my ea account has become disconnected from my swgoh id. Most likely when some work was done to consolidate 2 of my accounts eaaccounts into 1 a few months ago.

Don't bother checking that guide.  After about 6 months, I got someone to admit they have a problem on their side (supposedly).  The fact they give some people free perks and hurt others is baffling to me.

I’m not sure why their support is so unwilling to help me? I’ve raised multiple tickets through in game chat and ea support! Seems like I’ll never be able to access the web store again!
