Hi @CottMan3 and sorry to hear that.

There are a few things you can try that have worked in the past for this and similar issues.

Change your connection type. For example, if you are using WIFI, connect to a 3G/4G (data) connection and launch the game again.
Clear your game cache - Android | iOS
Changing your system language to the same language as your store region can get you past the 'Loading Cantina' screen so you can continue to play.
eg. if your store is in France, change your language to French.

We have able brought this to the teams attention for further investigation.

Yes. I have tried all of those. And the game is still frozen at the title screen. Over 14 hours later.

@EA_UltraSlide You may wanna let your bosses know that I am super close to quitting this game after six years and untold thousands of dollars poured into it. I can’t even fathom what I would consider fair compensation for this fiasco.

Same issue since the update yesterday. Been off for 27 hours now.
Have tried
- Uninstalling and Reinstalling (On both wifi and data networks)
- Clearing all caches
- Restarting devices
- Checked all system updates and languages
- Attempted login on 3 separate devices (On my wife's phone, the game loaded in as a "guest account" or would let her start an account, but as soon as I logged into my google play, it froze the game on the load screen as well.
Got any more advice EA? Already went to EA customer support, and they were not able to assist and directed me here.

This is absurd. The “make good” rewards for this downtime better be really really good. We’ve missed:
-over a day on Galactic Conquest progress,
-double drop event,
-TW,
-arena/fleet awards (twice for some) and dropping like a rock from the lack of ability to climb,
-energy refreshes,
-GAC round 2 for some,
-Daily login rewards & events…
Am I missing anything? Absolutely ridiculous. This all happening on May the 4th just adds to the disappointment.

I'm having this problem too. The only way that I could get SWGOH to work was to turn wifi off. It does work when you use your data. It works on data. As soon as I turn the wifi back on, it locks up and fails. I'm using a Samsung Galaxy. This problem started a couple of weeks ago. Please Advise. Thanks
