Re: Stuck in Tutorial (Training Droids) issue post here

@EA_HighCommand @CG_MindTricks - I've been locked out of my account for over a day now because of this issue. I'm losing crucial early progress.

Training Tutorial incorrectly shows again even though I completed it. I can't train Jedi Consular because he is already max level for my player level. I've logged into my account using Google Play Games on multiple devices with the same result.

@NSCBlackDragon and @Horowitz84: Thanks for the report. Your account should be good now. In order to fix it we reset your Jedi Consular to base level and removed the extra Training Droids. Please go through the tutorial and once you are done you can reclaim all the items that we removed from your account from your inbox. Thanks.

same Problem for me...
Stuck in Training Tutorial with dimmed-out "TRAIN" button. Unable to access any in-game features or settings outside the guided tutorial.

@TypNr2 Your account should be ok now. The same as I mentioned for the other players above, we had to reset your Jedi Consular to base level and remove the extra Training Droids on the account. After you are done with the training part of the tutorial, you will be able to claim all the removed items from your inbox.

@EA_MindTricks Just a little problem, I have toon in favorite and Jedi consular is not on the front page (because lvl 1), and I can't scroll down for select him. You can disable all favorite it's not a problem.

@Horowitz84: Sure, can you try again now please? Just restart the game and the favorite tag should be removed from your units.
