same Problem for me...
Stuck in Training Tutorial with dimmed-out "TRAIN" button. Unable to access any in-game features or settings outside the guided tutorial.

Unknown gear levels on all other characters and Training Droid inventory; cannot access due to being stuck in tutorial.

EA Staff (Retired)@TypNr2 Your account should be ok now. The same as I mentioned for the other players above, we had to reset your Jedi Consular to base level and remove the extra Training Droids on the account. After you are done with the training part of the tutorial, you will be able to claim all the removed items from your inbox.
