I set my date of birth, but web store shows this error again. Could this be due to the fact that the email linked with EA Connect is different from the account's email? Is it possible to change the email address which linked with ea connect?

I am already 18 and I have indicated the appropriate date.

I am having the same issue. My ally code is 155-651-172. I recently updated my date of birth so I am curious if that has something to do with it.
