attached shows at least 2 attacks he received he should have countered (when a ship is reinforced, and then KRU also attacked him). Still think if you state you will counter basic attacks against you, he should attack back JC and the other attacker... or state it doesn't. Having this up in the air is kind of lame, and shows a lack of definition.
Just like not showing what possible rewards you can get, or the toons required for a battle you havent unlocked yet due to level restrictions, is horrible.

I watched the video, and when Biggs hit your tie at 1:42 into the video and the tie did not counter it looked like Biggs was assisting Ghost. Had to rewind it a couple times to see that it was an assist attack, and Ghost must have used static Jammer so this is working as intended. When SF fighter did his aoe, Tie FIghter Pilot had foresight up so evaded and did not counter attack, which is working as intended. He countered the next attack right after. that.
I see nothing out of the ordinary with Tie Fighter from your video. Every time he did not counter attack it was because he dodged/evaded the attack, the capital ship hit him, and it was an assist attack. This is working as intended.
