I posted a similar issue on the other GoH forum, but what I have found for sure is that if you have access to a second device, you can set up a new adult account on that second device, then contact EA support and they can basically merge those two profiles. Thus, when you access the game on your second device it will be the full adult profile. The problem I still have (and why I posted in the other forum) is that the original device still shows the child-age restrictions, even though the second device does not. Hope that may help you out with options to pursue.
