It appears I've done your first suggestion and unlinked the account and can no longer get into the account. I've tried talking to the support option but nobody seems to be able to help me. Do you have any suggestions on how I can get that account back?

Hi @taygreen1995, do you have a ticket number from your contact with support? I can see if I can get it raised to the right person to help you here.

@EA_HighCommand Thank you, I really appreciate it! I didn't really understand what happened at first so maybe that's the confusion.

Overwritten account: (account I can't access anymore)

Other account: (guest account signed into facebook, but now pulls up when I log into my Google Play account for the account above)
