Same problem for me ; max is 7500 not 10000 ; 500 crystals wasted...
Refreshed the tiers 3x for 6k crystals. Been capped at 7500 for who knows how long, figure I lost around 2500 crystals and 2500 ultimate token currency :/. Had no idea I wasn’t earning anymore pls refund
