I have purchased multiple light speed bundles and received crystals instead of the items or characters?!!! I am confused as I have paid?

Turns out now! The bundles I bought and didn't receive the items for are back in the online store! At 15:27 UK time, three lightspeed bundles are back in the store, I received crystals instead of the items! EA_Gunner
