Re: Zeb's second special doesn't deal damage to Health% resistant enemies

Edit: The stuff below was made as a new post when my first one was apparently mistakenly flagged as spam. It got turned into a reply when the first post got reinstated and now I can't delete it, making it actual spam. 

New Zeb's second special only has damage scripted for enemies who take full damage from Health% effects:

This is the only mention of damage dealt in the ability script. Other similar abilities usually list full, resistant (usually 2% of full) and raid boss (usually 0.2%) damage values separately, the latter two is missing here.
