cannot get in the pc version of the game

it stuck at the loading screen which says cheaking for updates at the laft bottom with connection error unable to connect to the ea service at the middle.

Hi there. Thanks for getting in touch. Do you happen to be using a VPN? If so, disable it and try again. If that doesn't help, try restarting your modem/router and PC. Let me know what happens.
