Recently purchased episode pass and it remains locked in game
I purchased the most recent episode pass the day it came out and it has remained locked as if I never bought it.
I have reached out to EA Help and they said it was a developer issue and that the purchase was credited to me already. I agree with this as I received the coaxium in the Web store and if I try to purchase the episode pass again, it says "Daily Purchase Limit Reached".
Since then I have missed out on Galactic challenge feats, episode quests, higher tiers of Marquee events as a result of this despite spending the money to access this content. So overall, pretty bad customer experience. Please help rectify as EA Help were pretty unhelpful and just told me to post here.
