Recover Account Linked to Email No Longer accessible

I just upgraded my phone but I cannot access the email that was previously linked to my play account. I have access to the old phone and can log in to retrieve player ID.  My account is also linked to SWGOH webstore/EA Access PC account.

Is there a way to use my Player ID to link my account to another email through support tickets or anything?
