Dear team,

when starting up the game and it is in the loading screen, it downloads 26 mb worth of data for updates.

However, if I start the game some time later, it downloads the 26mb data again. Uninstalling and reinstalling the game do not change the issue.

I honestly don't want to drain my mobile data volume for this recurring data drains..

Enough space on iPhone drive is available.

Thanks and have a nice day!

    This didn't help.

However freeing more space on my iPhone (16 gb) did he trick. Thank you all!

I have the same problem, when the storage on my mobile is filled up.

Then the same update loads every single start again and again..

  • Yes, that was my idea as well. However with nearly 10 gb of spare storage I would think that this would be enough :D

Do you use an external SSD or something else in your mobile? Some OS of mobiles do not support the installation of APPs, as swgoh, on external storage devices (eg. SSDs). Therefore it might be, that your main storage is full, while your external storage supplies enough space.

  • I use an iPhone.. One of the most controlled region on earth besides scientific NASA sites in space ;D

@jays100_31415 We checked your account and didn't find any account related errors.

This means that the assets have not been downloaded correctly on your device.

You mentioned that you already tried to reinstall the issue remains. We would suggest trying to reinstall the game using Wi-Fi, loading it up and leaving it in the Home Screen for around an hour to finish downloading all the assets correctly.

Note: We also tested the game on iPhone 6 Plus and didn't encounter any issues.

    Hope this helps.
