Refund for a purchase made by mistake

Hi, I contacted the live support but they said that they couldnt help me due to a bug in their system, I would like to ask for a refund for the purchase of 100 Mk 4 Zaltin Bacta Gel Savage that I bought for 1400 crystals by mistake
