Refund for Duplicate Payments

This is the third time I've written this message !! 

I am contacting you regarding a billing issue with my recent purchases in your shop for the Tusken Pack and the Smuggler Pack. My Allied Code is 764-392-484. For the Tusken Pack, my first purchase resulted in receiving crystals instead of the expected content, but I was still charged. I made a second purchase, which was successful, but I later realized I had been charged twice (€19.99 x 2). A similar issue occurred with the Smuggler Pack: the first purchase delivered crystals instead of the pack, yet I was charged. A second successful purchase led to another duplicate charge (€14.99 x 2). In total, I was charged €69.96 (four transactions) when I should have only been charged €34.98 (two correct purchases). I kindly ask you to refund the excess amount of €34.98 for the erroneous transactions
