REFUND MONEY

I bought a package through Wabstore today. I didn't receive the in-game package contents.  Even though I only ordered one package, they charged my account for the second package—which I didn't order—as well as some extra money.  When I look at my order history, it says the order failed. But the money was deducted from my bank account.
