New player loaned units are 50 levels behind.

Hello, about a month ago I started a new alt and bought the hyperdrive bundle. Shortly after this I realized that my loaned level units were about 50 levels behind where ftp should be. I reached out to in game support, and also a cg employee on discord. But so far has been no dice, so figured might also be worth posting here. 

Because of this I am permanently unable to compete in collesium, I’m stuck at rank 700 when I should be able to get much higher. I’m losing out on currency that could be spent getting light speed tokens which is a huge disadvantage for me against the new players who are actually able to compete. If there is anyway this can be fixed or could at least get some episode currency to catch up on LSTs I would be grateful.
