Hi I’ve spoken to like 3 people through ea and the in game services I just wanted a refund for two bundles my son bought on my card the first being Dr Alpha lsb and grand inquisitors lsb I was told to go to report a problem at apple at the purchase didn’t show up as I bought it through the website was hoping I could have my problem solved .
