Reinstate my deleted SWGOH account.

                                                              Trying to reinstate my deleted SWGOH account: 956-844-791.    It still populates in SWGOH but under a stock toon name, not my original screen name. It's definitely my account though. Why? I assumed deleting an account meant actually deleting all traces of it. Does CG/EA lie and just recycle old accounts the way SSNs are      fraudulently recycled?
