They made it so difficult that I just gave up. They kept trying to tell me that it upgraded earlier in the week but I knew about that one.So I just lost the stuff I had. I got ten different customer service people and had to explain it ten different times and then they'd give me the same answer.Because they wouldn't review the previous conversation.And it was just a nightmare. For the amount of money that people spend on star wars galaxy heroes myself included.I spend a hundred bucks a week at least for them to be so ridiculous about one upgrade.It was just ridiculous. And you would think they'd say this person's never had any complaints before.Maybe we should take this seriously, but it seemed to me like they just wanted to respond.And get past me as quickly as possible.And not put any work into trying to really figure out the problem. They were just terrible with customer service.I was extremely disappointed.
