Relic upgrades not working

Question

I recently upgraded my first order stormtrooper to gear 13 and unlocked relic upgrades and proceeded to upgrade twice. However I logon next day and it now says I need gear level 13 to access it even tho I already have that?&nbsp; Any ideas on how I can fix this&nbsp;

Ahhhh ok, doesn't say that I thought that might be the case at least I know now :)

When you reach 5 stars it will work normally, but will pop up again until you reach 6 and 7 stars. I think it happens cuz relic lvl is capped by stars&nbsp;

relic lvls get capped by star count so you can't hit r5 until 7 stars.&nbsp;
