Relic X slice a bundle not giving materials

The relic x slice a bundle is not functioning properly. I have purchased the full package 2 times and it has given crystals rather than the materials. The crystals given are not equivalent to the crystal cost to purchase the materials in game. This has happened two times now so it can not be an isolated issue. Has anyone else experienced this? Can someone from EA assist me with this issue?

Let me know if you get any help (tho it's probably hopeless with this company) cause I had the same error two times too. Pretty mad about this

Give ea help on the app a shot if you haven’t already. I had missing JKCK LSB, and after a few days of back and forth, they escalated my case and I was able to get my LSB
