Received crystals instead of signal data

I purchased a Slice-a-bundle and got 2800 crystals instead of the signal data I payed for. 2800 crystals doesn't even cover 1/5 of the value in signal data. I would like to get what I payed for or the true equivalent in crystals, thank you.
