Summarize your bug When I refresh energy with crystals if I do it rapidly it will take crystals, and not give energy. It doesn’t count towards energy refresh and I can refresh again for the same amount of crystals. At first I didn’t realize it was taking crystals, but noticed it today.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Just buy energy with crystals rapidly.

Hey @blazarpvp,
there’s a system in place that prevents players from buying energy refreshes while the energy from the first purchase is still increasing.
If you make an energy purchase, while the game is still adding energy from a previous purchase, it won't take any crystals from your account and doesn't add energy. But you’ll still hear the sound as if the game took the crystals (what can of course lead to confusion).
Only a successful purchase will take crystals from your account.
