Renaming a Guild

Hello,

I was instructed to post this here by EA Help.

I wanted to rename my guild “GSF Delta” to align with the naming conventions of my alliance (GSF Omega, GSF Sigma, etc). 

The people I spoke to stated that “GSF Delta” is not available but did not explain why. They changed our guild name to GSF_Delta, which will suffice if necessary, but I’d prefer the plaintext without the underscore. 

I looked for another guild with that name, and there isn’t one. It’s not profane, and it isn’t blacklisted IP. 

Any help is appreciated.
