Renewal quests still bugged

Hi. My renewal quest "claim a monthly reward" has been bugged. I am aware that CG is working on this issue but I've waited quite a while and heard nothing after that. In fact, the quest straight up expired. I've missed out on at least 4 LSTs because of this, which really slows down my progression. Even if the bug isn't fixed yet, I would really appreciate some response, or at least an ETA on this issue. Ally code is 219-826-253
