What type of issue do you have? Missing Rewards
How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%)
Summarize your bug Missing kyros after purchasing them from webstore and receiving them inbox .i tryed to claim it got an error . i closed the game came back in nothing my inbox they disappeared , i checked my kyros they have not been added . I did the restore purchase through the in game setting . Nothing is working

    Summarize your bug Bought the kyro tech bundle twice through the webstore . I did receive them , i get the following error on the picture bellow , so i force close the game and they disappeared , i did the restore purchase in game It did nothing . I also know how many kyros i had , and nothing has been added Ps: this is my second post but i m new in this furom and struggling to find and edit my older one

    I just noticed , i can still buy 2 more kyrotech bundles in game . The limit is set at 2 that offer should have disappeared in game , so i wanted to investigate but, something is wrong with the webstore (an error occurred while retrieving catalog iteams)  

    Pretty sure that the reason why the restore purchase button doesn t work in game is because i have not bought anything in game , only in the webstore .
