Restore old acc

Are you migrating from iOS to Android or the way around?
Perhaps you were using a guest account?

I want to transfer the game from android to android. I did all the steps on the old device but as I showed in the posted ss I don't have the option to connect/log out on the new device

Your swgoh account is linked to your google account. Make sure to use the original google account when you sing into your device.

• When you're signed in on the right google account, install the "google play games" app
• Open the google play games app and search for swgoh in the game library (all games linked to your google account are in there)
• Tap on install from the google play games app.
• Open the game and choose "have an account"
• You will log out of the generic swgoh account and log into your original swgoh game again.
