I have frequently had similar behavior, where the animation for the defensive stance gets stuck and the damage doesn't line up correctly with her turns.

Summarize your bug When battling Rey with the ultimate ability, she gets stuck in her defensive stance longer than she should.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Enter a battle in GAC or squad arena against a squad containing Rey with the ultimate ability, wait for the defending Rey to use her ultimate ability. See linked video below. Frequently the occurrence happens right after an ally uses an ability with a unique special (Yoda uses Master's Training; Thrawn attempts to fracture Rey in her defensive stance).
