Rey (Jedi Training) LSB Issue - Did Not Receive Characters

Hello, 

I've purchased the Rey (Jedi Training) LSB using the store on the PC client, but the game was stuck loading and then closed. I reopened the game but instead of receiving the upgraded characters in the LSB I was awarded some crystals (~1300 I believe).

My ally code is 184-838-423. If anyone could help that would be greatly appreciated! Thanks.
