GL Ahsoka reward (3 of 4) issue

Hello, I am currently working on the prerequisites for GL Ahsoka and already completed the third step of the requirements. By doing this I should have gotten a new reward (title: I am no jedi), but I didn‘t get it, although I completed All prerequisites (there is also no information that these step 3 of 4 is completed). I also deinstalled and installed the game several times without any changes… still no title although I should have it. I ask different people with the same progress level and I was told that they received the reward.

any Ideas?
