Rogue One Bundle 1 missing

I bought all the new LSBs but I had an issue with the first RO 1 bundle that it caused it to disappear entirely. I restored purchases, restarted the app and my phone. I even spoke to EA Helpers and it said to wait 2 days for it to process, but it’s just strange since all my other LSBs were available right away. It still charged me and I didn’t get my stuff!
