Solo passive from omicron State he gain protection from % health effects.
Datacron give his solo effects with a team.
Yet he died from DoT when fighting tusken in 3v3 with ally. Datacron or passive dont work correctly or ive misread something
All omicron were unlocked
My best guess is the DC is only enabling the non-omi effects of having Rotta solo.
So this is taken from a video I found, the poster says they have all omi and maxed DC. I cant confirm that, so grain of salt.

No it’s not working correctly, probably a bug with the datacron. I use Tuskens to counter Rotta and the dots definitely work normally on him, no reduction.
Takes **reduced** damage from % damage. So he isn't immune. It takes the damage from 5% (I think that is DOT damage, I dont remember) and turns it into say .1% damage. So he will still take some damage. Tuskens can apply a lot of DOTs, so it's not crazy that he died to 200 DOTs.
