RotE Character Effects on Kashyyk.

I don't know about the Gungans, since mine are only R5 right now. But I have experienced what you mentioned about GAS. Specifically, whenever I use him against the Imperial Officer (or whatever his name is). Not just on Kashyyk, but Lothal as well. I attack him with GAS, I can see that it's a Critical Hit, but he still is able to use his special. Then again, we can't see the Officer's kit, so there's no telling if he is just immune to cooldown increase or if it's bugged. He (GAS) seems to be working fine everywhere else.
