Sabine (shards), where are you?

Alright…so day 1 of the Padawan Sabine event mid tier 1 battle the ‘game must be reset’ window popped up (iOS).  I restarted as requested, went straight back to the battle to see it completed.  Excitingly looked to activate Sabine and there were no shards :-(.  Reached out in game chat (which is an absolute joke) no response.  Reached out to EA via live chat and they couldn’t do anything but suggest posting here, errrr, finding a similar post and 👍🏼 to show same problem and also replied…nothing..  so now posting my own thread :-

I’m hoping, and feel it’s appropriate to ask for shards, rewards, goodies that would have accumulated through the events run time for f2p reflective for all appropriate tiers.
