Same LSB issue as others are getting

I bought the Luke's Friends LSB on PC and got an error. Now I have crystals with no way to get the LSB. Can I get the characters and not crystals? Ally code: 116-693-138 Let me know if you need any...

DVDE FDC did not work again
Used DVDE FDC at Lv 15 My team - EP, Mara, DVDE (yes the right one) Opponent team - Finn, Zorii, Hand bag Finn Not a single bonus turn for my DVDE despite a LOT of attacks out of turn.
