Says insufficient energy

Product: Star Wars: Galaxy of Heroes
Platform:Apple iPhone
What type of device are you experiencing the issue with? iPhone 8+

What type of issue do you have? Other
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Summarize your bug I will go under light/dark/cantina battles and hit multi sim on a previously completed one and it will say I have insufficient energy when I have more than enough
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I’m not sure. It’s whenever I click on a battle to sim. Anything I need energy for it says I don’t have enough. I’ve waited a full day Incase anything

I sent an image that shows the error. Behind the error you can kind of see my cantina energy level and see it’s more than enough.

    What do you mean by a full game restart? I have closed the app completely and reopened it if that’s what you mean? This has also been going on for 2-3 days now. I’ve been still playing the game everyday

    Hi @iflushmidgets and thank you for the reply.

    Yes, full restart means, closing the game completely. If you want to be 100% sure, restart your device, that would be even better. As for your issue, I can see that you have only 6 SIM tickets, are you trying to SIM more battles than that?
