Screwed Again!!

This will be the second time this has happened to me. Im in battle, PKH against R9 QA team and all the buttons disappear, I have nothing to hit as far as my next move. Auto doesn't work, I can't even submit at the end. Twice now this has lost me a GAC round. I had to use another GL and lost because they had on in the back row that would have been perfect for the one I used to beat QA. Is there something going on here? Why has this happened to me twice now? Is this a known bug? I didn't see it posted anywhere. I have video I will post from my phone but someone tell me why this happens so I can fix it?
