Second lsb didn’t come through

Yesterday I bought the jedi knight revan and darth revan bundles. From those I only recieved the darth revan bundle, the jedi knight revan bundle price amount was charged to my account. 

Today I bought the ki-adi mundi bundle and it was also charged to my account but i didnt recieve the bundle. It just said there was an error with the purchase. Could someone please look into this?
