Sector 4 deathmark feat not working

Darth Revan's deathmark is not counting for the sector 4 Marked for Death feat. .

It never has and never will.
The way the ability is coded, the enemy inflicts it upon themselves.
You need a direct application effect like Death Trooper's 3.

Then why ability description says "inflict Deathmark on the enemy leader"? It's good to know that this ability is written this way but then it should be reflected on the ability description.
